Protect Your (Mental Health) From Gaslighting Abuse, 2020.
Being gaslighted can be very hurtful and painful so it is very important to recognize the sly, slick and wicked tricks that they will use.
Gaslighting is so harmful because it promotes very serious damage to your mental health.
It can bring on anxiety, depression, and over a long period of time and with it happening persistently it can be the reason for someone to experience or be triggered into having a nervous breakdown.
You do not have to debate, argue, discuss, or convince the gaslighted abuser what they are saying or doing is wrong. It is not necessary to enter into a challenge with the abuser in order to have a peace of mind.
Never put aside your gut feelings, your hunches, your instinct. Have faith in what you are feeling when someone is treating you wrong.
