(Powerful Tips) On Recovery and Healing From Narcissist Abuse 2020.

I will be providing self-care steps, tips, and information for anyone who is taking steps to recover and heal from being involved with Narcissist abuse and any other abusive manipulative personalities.

Having a clear understanding of the negative spirit of the abusive Narcissist will help in healing. #narcissist

Hi everyone,

My name is Debra, I am a self-care promoter. I see a need for people to help those who are wanting to heal and recover from being involved with the Narcissist.

A need for helping in recovering from relationships with the Narcissist or any other manipulative abusive personality types like the Sociopath, the Psychopath, and any other toxic relationships. #manipulator

I discovered a very cruel and Secret Covert Narcissist, Stalking Religious Jim Jones, Witchcraft Occult that has been in operations here in Oxford, North Carolina for many decades.

This abusive organization has been very deceptive and secretive.

This abusive and dangerous secret has allowed this organization to literally get away with so much destruction towards so many harmless, innocent, and helpless other people.

I have been targeted by a very cruel and Secret Covert Narcissist, Stalking Religious Jim Jones, Witchcraft Occult that has been in operations here in Oxford, North Carolina for many decades. #narcissist

For over the past ten years I have been calling everywhere for help. I have filed numerous reports with every agency that I could think of.

But for some strange reason, my pleas for help have fallen on deaf, dumb, and blind eyes, ears, and speech.

They are untouchable, they are protected, they are lawless.

This does not seem fair at all.

My life matters, my safety matters, my privacy matters, my income matters, my well-being matters, my mental, physical, and spiritual health matters.

I see the need to warn others and sound the alarms about the dangers that are lurking, stalking, and roaming around looking for someone to devour.

Being involved with an abusive situation can be very traumatic. Especially I have found that no one nowhere is willing to assist in trying to figure out what on earth is going on. How can this traumatic abuse be stopped?

Being exposed to trauma is the same as being emotionally, and physically abused. Trauma is anything that is deeply painful, sad, upsetting, scary and frightening.

Recovery is all about making sure that your heart, your health, your strength, your support, your security, your spirit is a priority. Recovery must be at the very top of your list before anything else.

When we experience trauma or abuse in our life we will feel shocked, upset, confused, hurt, mental pain, physical pain, outburst, stress, suffering, torture, and agony.

This type of experience consistently will break down your mind, your body, your spirit, and your soul, and can lead you to an early death.

At this point I would like to highlight a very helpful video that was created on the Inner Integration You-Tube Channel. This Channel is another stop on my Healing and Recovery journey. The advice from Meredith is very beneficial during your healing journey. The title of the video is

We have to treat ourselves with tender loving care. We also must be determined and committed to the healing and recovery journey. #recovery

Recovery is all about making sure that your heart, your health, your strength, your support, your security, your spirit is a top priority. Recovery must be at the very top of your list before anything else.

This is good because, from this point on your mind, body spirit and soul will always be your top priority during your exciting self-care, self-love recovery journey.

During this healing journey from a trauma that entered into our life, we will experience the restoration of our mind, body, spirit, and soul.

The restoration process will consist of curing, treating, soothing, solving, treating, repairing, health-giving, self-care, self-healing, the self-love of our mind, body, spirit, and soul.

From this point on put it in your mind that the trauma that has entered into your life was not your fault.

You did not know that the abuser that was in your life was a person that was not capable of being in a kind, caring, friendly, considerate, warm, attentive, loving relationship with you.

We have to understand that you can not judge a person just by their outer appearance. Doing a spiritual x-ray on a person's spirit will help in the future to know if you are in a healthy two-way relationship.

During your recovery,

Make sure you are getting enough sleep every day. Sleep will keep your heart healthier, reduce stress, reduce inflammation, make you feel good, improve your memory and attention span.

Get in your vitamins, minerals, and amino acids every day.

Always keep reading materials all about trauma, abuse, self-love, self-help, self-care. READ daily. This will give you the knowledge that is needed for power.

Spend time watching Narcissism Abuse You-tube Videos.

Moving your body for as long as you can daily in order to improve your mood, and fight off anxiety and depression.

Stay decluttered and stay organized every single day to clear your mind, increase your self-esteem, reduce stress, and help to reduce the time spent on looking for things.

Writing every day will help to calm your nerves, and ease depression and anxiety. Write down everything that crosses your mind.

Eating healthier every day is like medicine on your plate. Healthy foods help you to look fresh and youthful, give you an energy boost, reduce health care costs, reduce stress, and help to fight against obesity.

You have to express your emotions through talk therapy with someone who is experienced and can help you.

Not your Mom, not your Dad but an experienced person that you feel comfortable with. They will be able to help with the intensity of your emotions and they will be able to understand your issues.

You got to start learning and then applying what you have learned about mental health and emotional health. This will give you more understanding and clarity when trauma has entered into your life.
