Healing Psychological (Trauma) with Self Care, 2020.

Being involved in a traumatic occurrence time after time will include dangers to your security, your well-being, your mental health, your emotional health, and your total life.

The worst part about trying to deal with emotional, spiritual, and psychological trauma is it can bring on complications and trouble with getting your proper amount of sleep.

Any position that will cause you to experience devastation, being overpowered, crushed, defeated, and abandoned can develop into psychological trauma.

Self-care, self-help, and self-love is any lifestyle activity that we wholeheartedly will do for the well-being of our spirit, our soul, our feeling, our mental health, our physical health, and our emotional health.

by Heather Davediuk Gingrich(Editor), Fred C. Gingrich(Editor)

Traumatic experiences are distressingly common, and the risks of developing posttraumatic stress disorder are high. But in recent years the field of traumatology has grown strong, giving survivors and their counselors firmer footing than ever before to seek healing. This book is a combined effort to introduce counseling approaches, trauma information, and Christian reflections to respond to the intense suffering people face.
