Being involved with a Narcissist can be very stressful and disturbing. Journaling and writing down your ideas and thoughts are so beneficial in so many ways.
It does wonders for your well-being. It helps you to get in touch with your emotions. For me, journaling helps me to stay organized.
When something bad is going on in your life helps you to think and keep track of information that you may need to use at a later date.
It helps you to look at a bad situation from a different angle when you write down your viewpoints.
It's very interesting when you listen to different people expressing their opinions on their viewpoints about what the Narcissist is all about.
Catenya McHenry is providing very detailed first-hand information about being involved with the Narcissist personality.
This information about the behaviors of the Narcissist got more intense the deeper and the further along her relationship got.
The Narcissist falls under the category of Cluster B personality disorders.
They have problems with controlling their mental and their emotional state.
It is so good to hear Catenya McHenry speaking up and speaking about her experience with being in a marital relationship with a Narcissist.
This information is helpful for other people because it shows that this condition is happening everywhere.
There should be no reason why someone who is experiencing mental health issues would not get the help that is needed.
Bringing awareness to the troubles of the Narcissist will help to give understanding and clarity about why a relationship is not working out for a person in a healthy manner.
Mental Health issues like Narcissists because it is not something that is noticeable, evident, and apparent it is not taken as a serious issue.
Feelings of confusion, silence, and seclusion continue to keep mental health issues in darkness.
A secret mental health illness means it is impossible to try to do something to get treatment or help.
I have been speaking up and speaking out for many years about a Secret Covert Narcissist stalking Jim Jones Occult organization that has been in existence I believe for many decades here in Oxford, North Carolina.
I still can't believe that the Puppet Masters of this Occult who are also pretending to be representative of God's Kingdom of the Light.
The Occult Leaders are still roaming around this Earth still looking for more Narcissist supply.
They never seem to have enough victims to satisfy their heavy desires to Kill, Steal, Destroy, and Abuse God's people.
We have to wonder when will the wife who is holding the title of a Reverend of these False Prophet Counterfeit Pulpit Demons who is claiming to be a Pastor for God's Kingdom would do something to get her two Narcissist husbands into the Doctor's office for some desperately needed treatment.
It is just not fair to no one, that these False Prophet Bishop Stalkers continue to get away with their life of madness, lunacy, and insanity.
On that note, I want to say Thank You to Catenya McHenry for being brave enough to write your book and tell your story about being in a relationship with a person that was not able to have a healthy relationship.
This topic about trying to have a healthy relationship with a person that is not able to offer themselves in a healthy manner should be discussed to help to continue to protect and to bring awareness to those who are clueless.
Until next time, I leave you with a quote written by Ashwood Staff that is from an article titled How to Finally Stop the Cycle of Abuse.
Generational abuse is a repeating pattern in a family that has passed down dysfunctional domestic abuse through generations. A child growing up with domestic abuse doesn’t understand that this is abnormal.
My quote is Lift up your voice against abuse today not tomorrow but today.
